Swapping my trailing arms, control arms and diff mount bushes with urethane on my project car.

Anyone got any tips or tricks to getting them out? Or do I cut them/burn them

Any help is appreciated.

I just replaced my Control Arm bushes today and used one on those super cheap press's and it worked perfectly. I had to use a bit of heat to get the old bushes out though. Its far less stressfull and cheaper in the long run just to buy a press.
