Where to get O-rings

Recommended Posts

So the O-Ring on the bottom of my fuel regulator has crapped itself (while I was driving back from work, hot motor <_< ) and I have tried EVERYWHERE to find an O ring the same size on all axis.

Do I get it from the stealer? And if so will it take a year to arrive? Have tried all the local plumbing places, Ripco, super cheap etc but forgot about the stealer.

Should be a stock item from the stealer, won't be to expensive either.

Not worried about the price, just need to find one! I mean I know what they are worth as we sell them at work. Cost price is $0.08 so dont really expect to pay much. Just locating one is the hard part!

5 mins on the internets suggests the seal may be the same as the o-rings on the fuel injectors...

Have a search for part number:

13 64 1 730 767

I assume you're on Auckland's North Shore...

Try a bearing shop such as Saeco or Auckland Bearing Distributors. Bearing shops have a very good range of o-rings. If they don't have the correct size, try Seal Imports in Penrose.

Lol it was a joke.

Probably so people go else where for little parts like that.

Being competitive would mean little profit, so easier to have ridiculous prices so they make profit if they do sell something, but generally don't have to deal with it.

Although, they'll say something like it's a genuine part.

Forum sponsors are always worth a try. I also have these in stock, sorry I missed this thread as I usually check the wanted to buy one.
