E34 0 Report post Posted January 30, 2009 Gday there, I picked up my 540i on Tuesday for a bargain price, bloody great cars, even in auto form, even better when shes been returning 10.5l/100km on my daily commute from the Shore to Botany. I know the 6 cylinders can do big miles but I'm not too sure about these, will know sooner or later haha. Will be keen to take it to drag wars when they start up again. Mine has done about 205km...I think Simons has done over 350?? When I took mine to dragwars I ran a 15.0, completely standard except for some 17 inch rims. With mine sounding like a V8 I get a few looks so at least some will know the town has some nice ones. Mine is 64000km one previous family owner, red with grey leather. My 2nd love....... I was doing a search in the roof last weekend and found the trim that goes over the gear lever with the hair in it (keep it seemly). If you are down this way and want it, let me know.
