ABS problem in the e28

[BM WORLD 1283]

just had some work done my 86 e28 M535i .

now my ABS doesn't work .

had new brake pads fitted front and rear , also replaced all the std rubber brake lines with stainless steel braided lines .

brakes work orsome now ,. real tight brake pedal feel etc .

but since picking up the car and after teh M-run drive last sunday my abs is not working , but no abs light has come up .

have replaced the 2 relays in the abs pump , no difference ,

have sawpped the abs ecu box out with another , still no difference

even when you unplug one of teh abs wheel sensors the warning light doesn't light up .

not sure where else to look , there is no fuse for the abs in the fuse box that i can see .

so did the blending of the brakes do something to pump??

or maybe when i picked it up drove home ,and when i got home the car didn't start because teh battery was flat so had to jump start it . maybe that has caused something ???
