Veitchy paid her "Compensation" for her injuries, but she still made a claim with ACC ACC only pay compensation for losses incurred due to injury [ so either ACC or Veitch are entitled to a refund ] No wonder she has buggered off overseas Thats a very good point Kerry... wonder if that will really happen though...
