razmar 0 Report post Posted April 18, 2009 Hi i am new to this forum so i hope that some one can help i have a 1900cc m 2000 model, when i remove the dip stick or the oil filler cap when engine is runnig the engine tone changes is this due to sump pressure from worn rings or some thing else, the car has done 130000ks any help is great regards razmar Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Please be more specific when naming your model, "1900cc m 2000 model" doesn't tell us much and leaves us guessing. sorry eddy i dont know a lot about bmw,s i just love driving this car, its a 2000 coupe 1900cc i was told that it is a m what ever that is, the car has no numbers on the boot ie 518 etc, why im writeing is i know that worn rings do pressure the sump which causes oil loss and other thing to go wrong , i am just worried that this may be something like that, if you feel everything is as it should be then i am happy as well. cheers razmar Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
