Mike.Gayner 0 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 (edited) Hi, I have a 540i e34 that came with the Sony XR-U550, but the LCD display is buggered and the front channels cut in and out. If someone has one of these available, or even just the faceplate, I would be very interested. Has to be in good working order. Alternatively, if someone has another radio that will plug directly in (dont care if it uses the CD stacker) and will work fine with the existing four speakers, I could be interested. Has to be a no-hassle install (plug-out/plug-in replacement) and in good condition. PM or email [email protected] Thanks. BM WORLD 1283 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 they all seam to pack up . even car i have stripped have had faulty ones , have a spare facev plate i think , also check the amp mounted in the boot (left side) they also give trouble have some of those too. 021433600 also might have one of the newer sony units that use teh same plugs etc .so cd stacker works .
