ThreeOneEight 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2009 I've had my old girl for years now, and hadn't even polished her once! So thought I'd be kind and give her the three-step Mother's programme. Borrowed a giant Bohler three-headed polisher to do the job. I'm a terrible photographer, but here's how she's looking now, holding up nicely for almost 20 years old and 200,000km. Have also replaced the Jeff Gray plate surrounds with Shelly's ones, and was even lucky enough to come by a few Shelly's rear transfers, so have popped one below the left rear tail-light, as per custom! Next on the to-do list, new roundels. Will

ThreeOneEight 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2009 v.nice. what did it look like before the elbow grease? Dull, pitted, and stained by the pohutukawas you see littering my driveway! Should really have taken a 'before' shot.

ThreeOneEight 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2009 When are you taking it across China? When I finish uni! Best OE plan ever! Either that or a very adventurous way to die, haha.

ThreeOneEight 0 Report post Posted April 26, 2009 mmm looks nice... are those 14" basket weaves? Yea, they need a bit of a revamp job, but really suit the car I reckon. Still has an unused spare!
