I am looking for a DME to suit motor from 1994 320i, Must be non ews

Or someone who can tell me how to get around ews on my current one if at all possible. I have googled and come up with lots and lots of useless info.

i might have a ecu with non ews , will be a bosch 413 or 415 etc i think .
