kong 0 Report post Posted May 9, 2009 I was wondering if anyone has done this? My E36 1995 318i manual came with drums only for the back. I was wondering if I can buy some used rear calipers, disc and brake lines to do conversion myself. HAS ANYONE DONE THIS? .. any help would be appreciated. I was wondering if anyone know the E36 ABS .. does it run the lines to the back with drum version? Does my drum brakes use cable only or hydraulic ?? Many thanks
Driftit 2078 Report post Posted May 9, 2009 It will no doubt be the same as the E30 conversion. You will need to get trailing arms that have discs. The Drums are hydraulic. If it is anything like the E30 swap it will be dead easy. Give Ray at HellBM a call. He has everything you need.
