Vin Number Check

Can someone who has the etk/tis discs check out a vin number for me please.

A mate is looking at buying a car and Id like to check out a few details about it.

PM me for the details.....if some kind sole wishes to ahem provide a copy of them for me I would be very greatful and obviously reinburse any production costs involved.

Yeah mate done that, but I want more details than just the engine type etc.

I want to check out whether or not the car is a genuine motorsport, Ive not seen it yet but its for a friend and I think the etk/tis discs can tell you everything about a car once you have the VIN.

i have a usa etk,and whilst it identifies my car as a non cat rhd euro manual thats about as specific as it gets.I am sure that my car is a" factory" sports even though it was not sold /badged as a sport and the etk doesnt seem to be that specific on parts...maybe i am not using it properly

I thoguht they would tell you more than the online check....cant tell you why I thought that but just expected that it would be able to confirm a few things about the car.

Oh well, Ive seen the photos now and it looks genuine. So I shall have to go and take a look
