BM WORLD 1283 Report post Posted June 22, 2009 have all the bits . call if interested 021433600 pretty much drops in if you get all the bits from the donar e34 /e32 etc might even do a part trade with your old engine and gearbox etc . can use diff ratios from 3.25 to 3.91 medium or large case , depends on what you want to do with it. i agree the m50 is a nice engine , (in a smaller e36 or e30) but just doesn't have the torque to pull a e34 around at speed . my freind has a manual e34 525i m50 , its nice enough to drive , but the 535i manual pulls heaps stronger. i have pushed them around tracks and done drags with them , they go ok , but now its a e28 M5 (track day car)for me or maybe a e36 325i or 328i if you want a well sorted track car
Silver Fox 43 Report post Posted June 22, 2009 No, your gearbox won't fit, you'll need the whole lot to make it work.
