pads/rotors wgtn

Recommended Posts

Hi there

The brake pad lights has now come on and the front rotors don't seem to be in a good state too, so it must be time to get the car into the workshop. I have been calling around for quotes on getting the rotors/pads changed.

I have a few questions:

Has anyone used the brake/clutch shops ie. midas etc. ? Are the any suggestions of any Wgtn repairers?

What would a set of pads/rotors cost? People seem to recommend Brembo with OE pads.

The guy I talked to midas suggested brembo rotors whilst the usual workshop suggested a completely different brand.

The brakes are for a 330.

cheers

deez

+1 go see Paul @ interpart in Sydney st, petone. I have brembo's in my e30 front and can vouch for them, hardly any wear and thats with a fair amount of time on the track too.

Another vote for Paul. Sorted my touring out very nice a couple of weeks ago. Well worth supporting BS members if you can too.
