bravo 35 Report post Posted August 20, 2009 Last month a world-wide survey was conducted by the UN, via a call-centre in India. The only question asked, was: "Would you please give your honest opinion about solutions to the food shortage in the rest of the world?" The survey was a complete flop because:- Eastern Europe didn't know what "honest" meant Western Europe didn't know what "shortage" meant Africa didn't know what "food" meant China didn't know what "opinion" meant the Middle East didn't know what "solution" meant South America didn't know what "please" meant the US didn't know what "the rest of the world" meant and Australia and New Zealand ... simply hung up because they couldn't understand the Indian accent.
