Grant 4 Report post Posted September 21, 2009 Getting car parts at "wholesale". I gave my car to my father in law to give it a thorough going over mechanically. He gave me the invoices for the parts he replaced. His discount off retail (even though he has been a retired mechanic for 4 years now) was at least 50% off, but up to 70% off retail on some parts.
