*Glenn* 854 Report post Posted October 19, 2009 I would strongly advise fitting a new header tank as these fail regularly. I would also get it checked properly. There are other plastic components in the cooling system that may be on the verge of failing as well. ie: Thermostat housing, rear water housing, heater outlet in the block, front water housing, top & bottom radiator hoses, water pump etc...etc Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
