kiwi535 538 Report post Posted October 31, 2009 People who'd rather have functional, light, forged wheels over soft, wobbly 3pc wheels? then why describe them as skid wheels,,,,,soft wobbly wheels dont sound satisfactory
JiB 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2009 then why describe them as skid wheels,,,,,soft wobbly wheels dont sound satisfactory 'Cos "skid wheels" are ones that are expendable, ones to throw away. The ones you mount used tyres on to turn into smoke. I assume it's because it's often the "skid wheels" that meet the curb first lest "skid mishap" occurs. Regardless, If I had an E36 - I would have 5x120-5x114.3 adaptors and those wheels. Good deal for cheap pimpin'
e30plz 1 Report post Posted November 1, 2009 Those 17" RS would be amazing on an E30. Too much work to fit them, be worth it tho.
Guest Ari Gold Report post Posted November 1, 2009 Anyone on here buy both sets? I will pay cash for them right now. I don't want the centres, just want the barrels, lips and bolts

Jeddy 0 Report post Posted November 1, 2009 Pretty sure 'skihead' is going to have a staggered set, given the sounds of the widths.
