bellicose 9 Report post Posted November 13, 2009 I know i wanted an E32 but things have changed in a very short time. Here's the story.............. Last weekend i was approached by a company 'bout painting a car for them to use around the country as a promo' vehicle. After many hours of throwing 'round ideas on every thing from rims to wether or not to chrome or nickel plate the trim, we came to the conclusion that my E3 will be used. They will pay for all paint products and also pay me to paint the car but they get final say in colour. So this bein' the case i decided to buy something that would tow the E3 and still have storage space, i was allowed a budget of 5k. I know i could've bought something Jap' but been there done that so i resorted to what i know well. Now bare in mind this will be painted to match the E3 and the tandem trailer the E3 will be towed on, yes this does mean the E3 is to become a trailer queen but i will NOT spend countless hours painting the underneath of the E3 to a mirror finish just to see it buggered by driving it on NZ roads. Christened............TOW PIG. '93 VR Holden ute, 4 wheel disc's and 5 spd manual.
dirtydoogle 383 Report post Posted November 13, 2009 Bloody good tow pig the old vr/vs ute! They also tended to be a bit quicker than the sedan/wagons. Good choice
