greenday-rulz21 6 Report post Posted November 15, 2009 Hardly a stereo mate. Its got everything in it. To retrofit a MK3/4 (Don't know exact models) nav into a standard radio car is quite a job. Hybrid/Josh did it in his E46. There's a writeup somewhere on here. But I'm guessing you would be looking at a good couple of grand + to find the bits, probably from oversea's and then import them. martyyn 2 Report post Posted November 17, 2009 Its not a stereo mate, its the display unit. Its not something you can just plug into an e39 and have work unless you have the 4:3 screen already. I dont think Ive seen anyone retrofit one into an e39 with just the radio in it. Im sure you can but your talking a hell of a lot of money to do it.
