bmw335i 16 Report post Posted December 10, 2009 hi guys just set up my new secondhand 323i engine into my e30. engines on mounts with box connected, loom is all plugged up. pipe going from throttle body to afm has been ripped and has tears in it. got it started today and has a ruff idle. cold start valve/plug has a crack so its leaking gass a bit. when i give it some gass it wants to die. soo would that be caused buy the faulty reading of the afm? or something else? engine has no funny noises or anything. ps need to buy a new intake rubber pipe if anyone has one. and a coldstart valve/plug. any ideas would be great. thanks troy.
