greenday-rulz21 6 Report post Posted December 25, 2009 Looking to buy a couple pieces of wood grain trim for my E36 coupe. Got the white leather, got the black 'n' white going on, kinda now going for the luxurious look. To be honest, I always thought the wood grain in the E36 looked tacky. And if it has all the pieces which makes it look over the top I think it does look tacky. But after seeing Jase's 328 the other night (Which only has a couple pieces, or at least only a couple pieces which I saw!) which easily pulled it off I'm left wondering what it would look like. So I am interested to buy or even swap with someone if you've got the pieces and you don't really like the look. Would like the piece over the glove box, and there's usually a piece in the sunglasses holder. Might be able to be convinced for the gearstick surround piece but would have to be a bloody nice piece of wood with a decent pattern. So don't really want many, only 2 really so shouldn't look too tacky. All can be put back! Will need to check it out or see pictures, don't want pieces which stand out too much and have an icky pattern lol Please PM me or reply here. Even text if neccessary. Would have called you Ray but xmas is kinda happening and if I have no luck I'll call you in the new year. Chur, Nick 021 0545450

bmw325i 0 Report post Posted December 27, 2009 Don't do it nick. it wont look good with you colour interior IMO. Only really suits tan or black i reckon and would look out of place with the white. Personal opinion only though of coarse.
