e36 steering wheel shudders when breaking?

Hi guys my steering wheel shudders when breaking im not to sure what is wrong?? and how much will it cost to get it fixed???

its either brake rotor needs replacing, tie rod or other worn bushings. uneven seated brake pads / brake pads warped

mine was doing that and front brake rotor needs replacing

e36 brake rotors. cheapest would be 160 a pair. good pairs good ones 300+
