Grant 4 Report post Posted December 12, 2003 Hello Does anyone know of anywhere cheap up here in Auckland to regas my air conditioning (now that it is getting much warmer). It has been retrofitted with R134a gas, but I have a small leak in the system (that it is not worth getting fixed - it is cheaper to keep regassing it every 18 months or so). I had some dodgy guy in Hamilton do it last time for about $50.00 or so, and am hoping I can find someone in Auckland who is equally as cheap.....or failing that, who do you guys recommend. Grant 4 Report post Posted December 12, 2003 I like my air conditioning, and would much rather have it than not. I actually hate driving at any speed over about 50km/h with the window down. Cheers

bumpstop325 0 Report post Posted December 14, 2003 30kg then. anyway its a wasted of space and weight. you dont need it and it wastes gas that could be better spent smoking up rubber
Grant 4 Report post Posted December 14, 2003 in the heat and humidity like we have been having over the last week or so, I tell you I would rather be in a car that is fractionally slower, and marginally down on power with air conditioning, than the same car without it, but with marginally more power. My opinion anyway...for what its worth. Cheers
