JFry 1 Report post Posted March 26, 2010 My rear brake pads are the wrong size, so they rattle when I go over bumps. I first thought rear shock mounts, until I figured out it was the pads. Shock mounts are more of a thump apparently... Would recommend getting under the car and looking for wear or loose bits.

danutt 4 Report post Posted March 26, 2010 FOUND IT!!!! yes!!! just so you know it was the brake pads...theres a 3 prong fitting that clips into the plunger on the brakes and it did not have any clip on it so if you wernt braking it would rattle against the disc hope this helps you both out aswell:) cheers damian
