[email protected] 0 Report post Posted April 6, 2010 (edited) I'm needing to tidy up a few things under the car and seen that CRC has this product available, has anyone used this product in the past? CRC Proseal #1 Underbody Rubberised Coating is a professional grade bituminous based formulation with excellent application, adhesion and stretch characteristics. Applied to properly prepared underbody surfaces, CRC Proseal #1 Underbody Rubberised Coating will reduce rust, insulate against road noise, seal out fumes, dust and moisture. Worth it? Theres also the brush on alternatives and compressor spray on type but I am wondering if this aerosol can version is the way to go, I just have a few small areas to re coat. dubman 39 Report post Posted April 6, 2010 (edited) havent tried it, but sounds like urethane/epoxy type of sealant. i'd go for the brush on type. easier to control application and reduces waste. edit: what do you need it for? if its for moisture, i'd say go for a urethane sealant.
