anyone in auckland do lighting mods like daytime LEDS?

I've been on ebay and theres a few people selling LED lighting strips.

Like the ones below,

just wondering if anyone knows a place that would offer these kind of things,

or as with my tint story, would I be best to buy on ebay + pay for a local to install,

and if so can someone recommend a place in auckland?
