I'm flat out till the end of June...so it kinda rules out TV for now.

I've applied for a reverse charge on my credit card with ASB. So I'm not allowed to pursue the matter until ASB finish investigating it. Hopefully, they get my money back...

Good luck mate. When you get your money back get yourself a HTC Desire. Much better than the Iphone.

Don't worry too much about the poor vid quality. Its firmware update is upgraded it to HD recording in Q3. Same with the Sony equivalent.

Have had the Google Nexus one for a while now. Chose it over the desire, n900 and 3GS.

Update: Got my money back from ASB - on condition their investigation doesn't bring up any further complications.
