Mirrors heating is not workingE36 (M3) mirrors

Hey guys,

My mirror heating on one of the sides of my car stopped working. I have pulled it apart to see if the wires are loose and they seemed to be ok. I haven't taken the mirrow out yet, but I will if I have to.

Do you have any idea what could it be? I'll appreciate any help.
