Cleaing up the wiring on an E30

So I am looking to clean up the wiring on my e30. behind the dash it looks like a my server room at work (chaotic).

Does anyone have any suggestions for this? or is it as slow and painful as I think it will be?

Alternatively, does anyone have any photos of an e30 with a cleaning wiring loom?

Im keen to get my rev counter and fog lights working again. I have searched a couple of years for a wiring diagram but no luck.

when you say clean do you wanna take stuff out of it? or just make it look a little tidier? if you dont wanna chop bits out then just pull the dash out and have a look to see where you can reroute stuff.
