Where can I get one - good quality special price. also is a generic oil filter as good as an OEM or should I get one from Gavin and what brand/type of oil should i use. Ours are genuine, but you might be able to buy one from a specialist tool supplier like Sulco Tools. I don't know what companies you have down there in Timaru though. You could carefully use a set pf polley grips but dont squeeze too hard the top is made of plastic. You could try asking a local garage who they use for specialist tools. also is a generic oil filter as good as an OEM or should I get one from Gavin We only use genuine, a well branded oil filter like Ryco would be fine to use and what brand/type of oil should i use.
