Guest Andrew Report post Posted December 20, 2003 LOL at the mod list hahah .. not 55mm springs.. don't give them a bad name. Calling all e30ers.. we need a big assed e30 photoshoot sometime.. come show your dirty e30!
bumpstop325 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2003 hey gus if you need some new springs i have some factory ride height springs as well as some aftermarket bmw factory lowering springs. these arnt made by bmw but they can fitted to a bimmer that is still under factory warranty and still pass its warranty. i cant remember what there called but they will drop the car about 1 1/2" -2". plus you wont need a cert plate and get a wof. bumpstop325 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2003 also go for a 16" rim. i run ROH j5 16" (just legal) they are a polished mag and dont get to much attention but what i call repectable. also you dont want to park it some where and come back to find you ride gone and on blocks. you will also save on $$$$$ when you go through a set of tyers. Grant 4 Report post Posted December 21, 2003 Gus Was yours converted from Auto as well, or has it always been 5 spd? It is looking good, but I agree it is a little low imho. Those alloys were a little to much (they didn't look so 'chrome' bling bling in the original photos of it. I like your leather recaro seats. I wish mine had them. Cheers
Gus 5 Report post Posted December 21, 2003 yeah grant it was converted from auto...how did you guess? saw the 325iA plate somewhere....yeah...the chromes were very bling...got so many looks and waves from the 14-15 year old crowd....REAL cool...and the leather recaros.... what more can i say....bliss
