briancol 3 Report post Posted August 19, 2010 A Blonde, a Car and a Mattress A blonde ran over an innerspring mattress on the highway, and decided not to worry -- and kept on driving. It caught on the undercarriage of her Ford. The ensuing jumble finally whipped around enough to tear a hole in the fuel tank. The subsequent lack of fuel is what finally brought her vehicle to its knees. She had managed to drive 30 miles, with a 60 pound tangle of stuff wrapped around her drive shaft. She had it towed to her Ford dealership, and complained that the vehicle had a 'sort of a shimmy' when she was driving at high speeds. Below are the photos of what they found at her Ford Dealership.................... The last photo is by far the best. "Sort of a shimmy" -- I'll bet it did! JaseNZ 53 Report post Posted August 19, 2010 hahahah thats classic. Reminds me of the blond who took her husbands boat out and bought it back an hour later complaining it was going to slow, When the boat mechanic arrived at the jetty he noticed the trailer was still attached. Phatputer 3 Report post Posted August 20, 2010 Wow, I can't understand how you wouldn't be able to tell something was very very wrong. Most of us can feel when something isn't right with our cars, be it the need for a wheel alignment balance or slight lack of power at various revs. I can only imagine what that mess would feel like

dubman 39 Report post Posted August 20, 2010 Originally it was a guy but over time it has 'evolved' into being a woman and then a blonde. Chinese whispers style.i think you are saying: it was a dude, but as the story got passed along, it go more ridiculous and exaggerated, with the driver becoming a women, then finally a blonde to make the story even more interesting? This reminds me of the story of a women driving hundreds of miles in 1st gear or something on an American highway, finally blowing the engine.
