BMW323i 0 Report post Posted September 25, 2010 Hi All Got myself a new BMW on wednesday from turners auctions. Its a Silver 323i Coupe E36 with 120,000klms. Since firstly getting a ride in a new M3 8 years ago on the track i have loved BMW's I had a subaru and had its engine blew up on me which initiated me getting this car a bit sooner then intended but im kinda happy Thought i would say hi anyway. I will post some photos tomorrow or monday but just before my car blew up i started a new job and have been working 13-14 hour days so havent even had a chance to check all the oil and air filters and stuff properly yet or take some photos. Its already got some real nice rims, angel eye headlights and clear tail lights on it. Everyone seems real friendly so far so before i get started asking questions thanks to everyone who gives some sort of advice. By the way im an aussie only been in NZ for 3 months and in auckland for 1 month so far. Since being here had my car broken into and had my laptop and camera stolen, also had my old car blow up and after 1 day of having my BMW it was towed within 5-10 mins of parking at the bottom of my place so at this rate of luck with cars in NZ i may have a few questions coming up :-D Cheers Adam

vanossa 0 Report post Posted September 27, 2010 Gidday mate! Welcome to NZ. I am new to the site as well. In fact I did have a profile a few years ago, but since I sold the E36 323i (should never have) for a 79 Holden Kingswood (Hmmmm!!!) there was not such a need for 'Bimmer Company'. Recently I was sniffing around Turners (online), probably the same time as you. Nice looking Coupe - by the way! But in the end I bought a 325i Coupe off TradeMe. Has a few more clicks, 126000 miles (UK import) or 200000kms. I figure it will do twice that before I sell or dispose of it? This site is a gold mine for good vibes and knowledge base. I only have a crap photo of mine at the moment, but hey it still looks pretty and sweeeeeet!! Anyway me and my lady are flying up to Christchurch in a couple of weeks (ZQN-CHC $29.00 O/W) and am looking forward to a nice cruise back home to Otago. Rock on.
