_ethrty-Andy_ 2132 Report post Posted October 6, 2010 hey guys brought an uncracked dash off Oli a year or two ago. has started to show the tinest of cracks in the usual place so i was to get on top of this before its too late. Anyone have a product to put over it to stop the cracking? I already use one of those silver windscreen shields religeously for that reason alone, but the car still gets hot outside being black with blacked windows. UV light is not the issue as my tint blocks out 98% of it (apparently anyway), i think its just heat thats doing it? only time the dash is in the sun is when im driving which there hasnt been much of the last 9 months or so, and wasnt there when i pulled the car off the road back then do not want a carpet dash mat. they are horrid imo Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
