i have lost my keys for my e34

was wondering how i can get new ones

Is it worth calling the dealer for a new set?

or talking to a lock smith?

Prices for both would be nice

any help would be good

you can order a new key shape/code from bmw and a local locksmith can cut it to the shape/code given from germany takes a few days to get a reply from germany. costa about $20-50

if you have a later e34 with a ews type coded key then you will have to order a new key from germany takes about 2 weeks . costs about $150-200

or i do know a guy in nz who can make one up within a day costs about $200

um its a older e34 a 1990 came from the UK if that helps
