Palazzo 477 Report post Posted January 4, 2011 I have an opportunity to pick up a '96 328i as above. 170kms or so. Leather, sun roof, completely stock. Had $3.5k spent on making the paint perfect about 2 yrs ago, near new Falkens, new clutch, shocks. Drives perfect, only "fault" is a squeaking clutch pedal, no saggy headlining. Leather on steering wheel/gear knob worn and carpet under clutch ripped. Ex UK (96-98), NZ since, one owner from new. Any ideas?
JaseNZ 53 Report post Posted January 4, 2011 (edited) Depends on the rest of the car I guess, control arm bushings , last time water pump was done etc. imo i would say around 4.5 - 5k. But that's just me Edit : Sorry did not realise manual, Maybe 5.5 to 6k then. Edited January 4, 2011 by M-Spec

Palazzo 477 Report post Posted January 12, 2011 My last attempt at loading photos failed dismally, I will try again though. Then again, if you've seen a E36 coupe in manual with blue paint and grey leather, you've seen it. Price? I took the advice here and paid what I was willing to pay.
