My car is so hot inside like when all windows are closed it hot I feel as the air con is on when it isn't like where my feet are.

and also is

the obc known to have hot air come out because I feel something hot come out there ?

Aircon = Cool.

Heater = Hot.

Car Hot + Hot outside = Open Window + Drink cold beer.

Car Hot + Cold Outside = Turn Heater Off.

If Heater is off, make sure it is actually off

My heater Is off even in winter my car just felt to warm which was a good thing then but not now

not sure if the e36 suffers from the stuck heater valves that the e34 does or not,but that could be your problem.Do you have "auto" air con ?.Post a pic of your heater controls,the e36 guys will be able to help
