tonymck 0 Report post Posted January 7, 2011 Hi First time I have owned a BMW - I have a 1999 520i E39 - really wanted a 528i but this was a great price and in excellent condition. May upgrade to more powerful and newer now I have the bug. Can now see why people who have BMWs seem to stay with them - for an older car it has really nice refinements and drives brilliantly - thank goodness it has Tiptronic.
