sascha 17 Report post Posted January 9, 2011 Wow! Anyone know what it would cost to have that 540i (or any car) shipped over here (just out of interest)? What sort of taxes would you need to pay?
cliffdunedin 8 Report post Posted January 9, 2011 Sucks, the other way around though! I have a few $$ in Barclays but because the NZD is so strong i can't...well, don't want to exchange it yet. When i arrived home from the UK in 2006 the stirling was nearly 4 times the NZD so i left some investments ticking over, now it's only just over double. wtf

What sort of taxes would you need to pay? 7000 NZD to ship from UK to NZ, and you may need to show verification of how much you purchased the car for and pay GST on that!!
