camera doctor 25 Report post Posted March 30, 2011 (edited) The M54B30 engine in my E39 has an oil leak on the passenger side. It is due for an Oil Service, so I figure it is a good time to track it down. Is there a 'common' reason for leaks? It seems to be quite high on passenger side, although all I have done so far is looked with a torch from under the car when the car was on a hoist for towbar fitting.
