my_e36 43 Report post Posted May 14, 2011 as topic... Basically, I will be using this for brake fluid change (suck it out of the bleed screw rather than going back and forth to pump the brake pedal) and other fluids like power steer and diff. Just wondering if this is suitable. What do you guys do/use when doing those fluid changes? polley 916 Report post Posted May 14, 2011 Ive used the second one there for changing oil on boats alot and sucking out bilges. It got ALOT of use, but eventually the seals in it wore out and you had to pump the sh*t out of it for it to suck at all. Worked pretty good, tho was rather slow when having to suck 40L of thick 2 stroke diesel oil out.
w_elliot 7 Report post Posted May 16, 2011 looks good albeit very overkill, why dont you just get a decent one way bleed valve, they do the job fine as long as you don't get an $11 dollar supercheap auto one.
