Head up display and monitor wont turn off

Hi Guys, looking for some ideas.

Have a 2003 540i m spec and have just done a thousand km in a couple of days and when i arrived home and shut off the car and removed the key the head up display and monitor are still live, car radio still playing and it wont lock with the key.

Seems like it might have a power relay jammed on somewhere, disconnected the battery and left for a while but still the same when reconnected.

Any suggestions?

If the climate air and cigarette lighters work, I'd be checking power supply at the ignition switch. With ignition off, key out, the violet wire on the ignition switch should not be live.
