They have been stripped back and professionally powder coated with a matte black rough finish paint. These are a bit heavier but they are also very strong. 4 x 15x7 4x100 wheels without tyres. $400 (powder coating cost $300) Dan 0211887733 Perfect if you don't have the budget for new wheels.
