I think they have been cut but seems like they've done an okay job of it since I had never seen E30 lowering springs before. They might not be cut though may just be a different style of spring. Don't look the the stock springs. Anyway somebody might want them, make the car sit legally and maybe with larger wheels may look good but dont really go with my 14's.
