E36 M 9 Report post Posted November 24, 2011 IMHO, i don't think they should be making huge cars like the 7 series, electric, i don't know how it all works but i know that for the i8 they designed, theres heaps of little electric motors, wonder how many it would take to power a 7 series. But by then they probably would have the resources to design it and let the battery life last more than a couple of minutes haha. I couldn't see bentley doing an electric car anytime soon.. Rolls Royce had a prototype of the electric Phantom and asking if their clients are interested. They ain't. Those that can afford them, don't care about price of petrol nor the environment.
