sexy beast 0 Report post Posted November 29, 2011 Just recently noticed my E46 is vibrating strangely when in idle. It runs ok and no probs there. I hadnt serviced it a while so i thought the spark plugs needed changing. It was still running ok apart from this vibration so i put new spark plugs in, changed oil and filter cz it was due. I googled for it a bit...found couple things others did to fix this issue. Mainly it was ICV or the engine mounts. Whats your diagnose? Could be something else on mine.
