Just to get the saliva juices flowing, here are a few of the cars that will be on display at the NZFMR BMW festival at Hampton downs later this month.

RARE ROAD CARS

1980 M1 1 of only 450 Supercars built by BMW.

1982 Alpina B7s Turbo 1 of only 30 made.

1987 E28 M5 From Australia.

1984 E23 745 From Australia.

2003 Z8 Alpina 1 of 555 made

1990 E30 M3 2.5 Sport Evo 1 of 505 made

2005 E46 M3 CSL x2 Light weight, high performance M3

1988 E30 M3 Europameister Europameister Celebration edition. 1 of 148 made

1966 1600 The first BMW sold new in NZ.

1967 2000cs 1 of only149 RHD cars ex Ross Jensen

1974 2002 Turbo 1st production turbo charged car

1988 E34 Alpina B10 3.5 Rare Alpina B10

1977 E21 Alpina A2/3 320 Rare Alpina E21

RACE CARS

635 csi Chassis #1, Group A developement car, ETCC

JPS 635 race car JPS Grp A, Australian Touring Car Championship.

Alpina 2002 Ti Cambridge Racing. NZ Saloon Car Championship Winner

1992 E36 325i Targa NZ car

1988 M3 BMW Race Series.

Just a few of the cars on display.

BMW NZ will also be displaying the 2012 range of vehicles.

Im guessing thats meant to be E30? Also werent 600 produced?

Either way I looking forward to this event.

E36 M3 Evo Sedan (RHD Euro) 694 produced.. dunno if that counts as 'rare' :blink:

E46 M3 CSL Coupe (RHD Euro) 536 produced
