Reccommendations? - General Maintenance

Am fairly new to Auckland and am needing to get a few things done, but don't have any tools up here to do it myself.

Looking for somewhere reasonable and reliable. I'm in Takapuna but don't mind going over city side..

- Window Regulator

- Brake pad wear sensor

- New (second hand) window washer bottle?

Also, any suggestions for getting my wheels resurfaced up here?

While we are on it, somewhere reasonable for some big nankangs?
