nastnas 9 Report post Posted February 19, 2012 Hi Guys, Have been trying to sort the vanos rattle for a while, and have been in touch with a crowd in Canada, that are about to release a kit to solve the issue... beisan systems is there name, and a real good crowd to deal with. Got the kit in a week or so ago, and did not get the vanos Timing spot on, so had to pull it apart and attack it again... and man is it good, the car is really quiet, and pulls really hard.... loving it! So far its looking good, will have to see in the long run, if it stays quiet... Just thought I would share if anyone else is annoyed with the Vanos Rattle and feels like there is no solution... there is. thanks to Ross at BM Workshop, Glenn at Botany Motorworx and Ray at Hellbm, was really good to bounce ideas off you guys.
