shadowninja 0 Report post Posted July 19, 2005 Checked my fuel consumption for the last financial year (April 04 - March 05) and for around 12,500km I went through roughly $1800 of premium, or about 1500 litres at $1.20. That puts my average consumption at 12L / 100kph of almost entirely inner city driving. Perhaps I should upgrade to a 4.4L V8 to get Martyn's fuel consumption! martyyn 2 Report post Posted July 20, 2005 (edited) To try and put some perspective on my figures in this thread.... On a run I can get as high as 30mpg which is 8.09 l/100km. Around town I can get as low as 12mpg which is 20.23 l/100km. My average since arriving in the country is 14.7mpg which is 16.51 l/100km. All in all I couldnt give a rats ar$e what my mpg is, I drive an astonishing vehicle and if you need to worry about that sort of thing then you have the wrong car ! This is a thread to CELEBRATE fuel consumption not worry about it Lets all CELEBRATE spending 100 bucks each time we fill the tank :) [EDIT] Sorry got the average wrong, its actually sitting at 17mpg which equals about 17l/100km Edited July 20, 2005 by martyyn

The E34 would get about 700km to the 80l tank The Mercedes would be about 500km to the 90l tank But ya know, SUVs are far more 'evil'
